3.4 Jurisdiction. lptbet's primary target market is Malaysia. It is the Member's sole responsibility to verify whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before registering an Account.
4.1 To access Real Money Games on lptbet, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number.
4.2 Each individual may maintain only one (1) lptbet Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, identities, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4.3 lptbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad) or valid passport; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months); and proof of payment method ownership.
4.4 You represent and warrant that all information provided to lptbet is truthful and accurate. lptbet accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect account information provided by a Member.
4.5 KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. lptbet aims to complete standard KYC reviews within one (1) business day of receiving all required documentation.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lptbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any authentication tokens.
5.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access the Platform using your account. Any activity conducted via your lptbet Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.
5.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify lptbet immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. lptbet will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.

6.1 All transactions on the lptbet Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other methods as updated on the Platform from time to time.
6.2 The minimum deposit is RM10. Deposits are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. lptbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.
6.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. lptbet processes verified withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes under standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
6.4 Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered lptbet Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
6.5 lptbet reserves the right to request documentation substantiating the source of funds deposited to the Platform in circumstances where the volume or pattern of transactions gives reasonable cause for concern.
6.6 Deposits made to lptbet are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances outlined in these Terms or where required by Applicable Law.

7.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Where no specific terms are stated, a default wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount applies.
7.3 lptbet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated play to exploit bonus conditions, or misuse of referral programmes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
7.5 lptbet's decision on all matters relating to bonus eligibility and wagering calculations shall be final and binding.
8.1 All games available on the lptbet Platform operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
8.2 lptbet's RNG-based games use independently audited random number generation software. The outcome of all such games is determined by certified random processes and is not subject to manipulation by lptbet or any third party.
8.3 In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game round, lptbet will resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's established disconnection policy. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager amount will be returned to the Member's account balance.
8.4 lptbet reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of technical error, data corruption, or where the stated odds or payouts were manifestly incorrect due to a system error.
8.5 For live sportsbook wagers, bets are accepted subject to real-time odds at the time of bet placement. lptbet does not guarantee the availability of any particular market or event and reserves the right to suspend or cancel markets at its discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lptbet Platform. A breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, void of bets, and forfeiture of account balances:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence is granted, express or implied.
10.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any lptbet content without the prior written consent of lptbet.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, lptbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings due to technical faults.
13.2 lptbet's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their lptbet Account in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 lptbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit lptbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
14.1 lptbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where lptbet has reasonable cause to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Member has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behaviour; (c) the Member poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform; or (d) lptbet is required to do so by Applicable Law or regulatory instruction.
14.2 Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, lptbet reserves the right to withhold and/or void balances attributable to the breach, including winnings generated through prohibited activities.
14.3 Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Member breach — including business decisions by lptbet — any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
14.4 Members may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting lptbet customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Member subject to completed KYC.
15.1 lptbet may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.
15.2 Where an amendment materially affects a Member's rights, we will provide no less than fourteen (14) days' notice before the amendment takes effect.
15.3 Continued use of the lptbet Platform following notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
